Public Input Sought on Improvements to Beach Gazebo Park
Online Survey Open Nov. 23 – Dec. 16;
Community Focus Group Scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 14
(Nov. 23, 2022) Earlier this year, the City of Beach received a generous $100,000 donation to build a new pavilion and make additional improvement to the City’s Gazebo Park (located at the corner of Main Street and Central Avenue).
This important downtown space has historically served as a gathering place for the community. With this donation and further fundraising, Gazebo Park can be developed into a truly special place for community events, farmers markets, family gatherings and so much more! The goal is to modernize amenities, improve accessibility, and create a vibrant gathering place that will bring businesses and community together for generations to come.
Before any improvements begin at the park, the City wants to hear from residents and businesses as to how they envision Gazebo Park in the future. All community members are invited to take the Gazebo Park Vision Survey; and in addition, a 90-minute focus group will be held to gather feedback from community members.
Gazebo Park Vision Survey
All Beach residents and business owners are encouraged to take the survey (link below), which should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Responses will remain anonymous. The survey will be open until Friday, Dec. 16.
