- Spirit of the West- SOTW is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization formed in 2002 through strategic planning for Beach and the surrounding area. SOTW was created to promote and sustain the Home On The Range Rodeo, give local businesses and organizations an opportunity to prosper and encourage people to visit the area.
